CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order is placed, Production begins quickly. Therefore cancellations can only be accepted within the time frame of 30 minutes after the order placement.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
We here at Rainy Savanna ask that you please inspect your order when its received. If the order is damaged, defective, or the wrong order was sent. All customers can contact our help desk at help@rainysavanna.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

As we operate on a made-to-order business model to fulfill orders, we reserve the right to refuse any refunds or exchanges for reasons other than damage or defects. This includes, but is not limited to, issues such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the design
